Interim policy — legal review required. NudeBrowse should move mature-photo verification to a dedicated age/identity provider or private restricted upload system before significant scale.
Standard / non-mature photo
No government ID is requested. The applicant confirms they are at least 18, are the person depicted and have the right to publish the image. If approved, the profile should be labelled Profile Approved, not “18+ Verified.”
Mature / nude photo
One government-issued photo ID is required to review age and identity. A successfully checked mature profile may display 18+ Verified. The ID is never displayed publicly.
Official links do not trigger ID
A standard-photo profile may link to OnlyFans, another creator platform, a social profile or a personal website without uploading ID. Verification is based on the public photo type—not the destination.
Current private handling
When required, verification material is transmitted to a restricted review inbox. Email is a retained system, so NudeBrowse does not claim that an emailed ID is “not stored.” Access must remain limited to authorized reviewers.
Retention
Raw ID material should be deleted once verification and required legal/compliance retention are complete. The exact schedule is pending qualified legal advice. Contact submissions@nudebrowse.com with questions.
